Text: Partial text- "General Robert Edward Lee (1807-1870), who led the Army of Northern Virginia in the war Between the States, was widely respected for his military skill, but was revered for his personal character. A letter that Lee wrote to his son in 1852 provides some insight into that character... Duty is the sublimest word in our language - DO YOUR DUTY IN ALL THINGS - You cannot do more - you should never wish to do less." -Full text available upon request
